Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The watch must be in its original, unused condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags (if applicable), and all included items received with the order.
- Products showing signs of use, scratches, damage, alterations, or missing items will not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for different models, colors, or other eligible options, subject to product availability.
Return Deduction
- For approved returns, a PKR 400 deduction will be applied to cover processing and handling charges.
Time Frame
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be processed if the returned product is received in its original condition and has not been used.
- Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, the refund process will be completed within 3–5 business days.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for returning the product to our warehouse at their own expense.
